As a receptionist at CL Construction, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate person or department.
* Greeting and welcoming customers, vendors, and walk-in traffic in a friendly and professional manner.
* Assisting with data entry and filing as needed to maintain organized records.
* Supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews, organizing employee records, and assisting with onboarding procedures.
* Providing assistance and information to employees and visitors regarding general company inquiries.
* Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
* Assisting with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
