Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in Assisting our doctor and team as well as maintaining cleanliness and infection control within the dental office environment.

Duties

- Clean and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following established protocols

- Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures by ensuring all instruments are properly sterilized and organized

- Monitor and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies

- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff

- Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dental office, including treatment rooms and common areas

-Chairside assistance

Requirements (preferred)

-Dental Assistant credentials/license

- Knowledge of dental terminology

- Proficiency in Dental terminology and use of Open Dental

- Understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy
