Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management or similar role
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate staff
- Proficiency in managing various operational aspects of a store
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
