Role Summary:Are you ready to be at the forefront of innovation in the medical techncology field? Join our team as an Operations & Administrative Support Professional where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic team of engineers scientists, and executives as we revolutionize the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Manage office supplies and common area inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained
Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal communications
Provide support for daily lunch and events, including logistics and coordination
Be the eyes and ears of the office (ex: report any repairs and maintenance needed, security protocol)
Ad hoc duties as assigned by senior management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
