Opportunity awaits – welcome to ClareMedica.Essential FunctionsWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Administrator with more than 8 years of hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting complex IT environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Server, Meraki, Office 365, and Azure, with excellent customer service, project management skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This role requires occasional travel, for which compensation will be provided.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Meraki networks, including switches, access points, and firewalls.
  • Administer and support Office 365 and Azure environments, including user management, security, compliance, Teams, Exchange, Endpoint Manager, and Identity.
  • Experience with Azure Entra ID, Purview, Intune, VMs, Conditional Access, and CoPilot.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, addressing IT-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT solutions that meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues, both on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Utilize ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
  • Experience with Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) systems, preferably Atera RMM.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
  • Work in a HIPAA-compliant environment and manage electronic medical records (eMRs), with preferred experience in eClinicalWorks.
  • Manage vendor relationships and provide vendor support.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Over 8 years of experience in systems administration with a strong focus on Microsoft Server, Meraki, Office 365, and Azure.
Proven project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
Strong troubleshooting skills for both network and system issues, including on-premises and cloud environments.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as required (Travel compensation will be provided).
Preferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Office 365 Administrator
Cisco Meraki Certification
CompTIA Network or equivalent
