Full-time Description Headquartered in Lakeshore Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Claremont Companies is a privately owned and closely held real estate investment, development and asset management firm. Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further. Claremont is growing and we're looking to add an experienced Residential Services Coordinator to our team at our Bayberry Apartments in New Bedford, Massachusetts! This role is responsible for helping to arrange and transport residents to and from community activities and we would love to add you to our team! This is a full-time and in-person role located at our Bayberry Apartments location. Responsibilities:
Assist residents who have requested support in enhancing the quality of their daily lives by enabling them to more fully and successfully participate in the social, educational and/or economic mainstream
Operate a 15-passenger van to take residents to and from activities
Be friendly and personable with the residents.
Set up activities at multiple Claremont properties
Keep track of any community contacts they may receive
Meet with vendors (i.e. meet a new fitness instructor at a property)
Set up and breakdown parties at Claremont properties
Able to take information in the case of a resident who needs assistance

Requirements
1 year relevant experience
Social Services experience preferred
Valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing
High school diploma
Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to complete in a timely manner
