Clarience Technologies is Hiring a Marketing Communications Manager Near Southfield, MI

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Clarience Technologies. The Marketing Communications Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic marketing communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility for Clarience Technologies, and also capitalize on opportunities to promote new technologies, products or services of its portfolio companies. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.

SKILLS:

  • Set Communications Strategies: This includes development of message maps, positioning statements, and a number of other cornerstone tools to ensure alignment around and compelling messages that resonate with our target audiences and align with our brand identity.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and drive results. Leverage a mix of marketing channels and tactics to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.
  • Promote Clarience Corporate Brand: Actively promote the Clarience brand through PR activities, social media engagement, online content creation, and on occasion paid advertising. Develop and execute strategic communication plans to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Plan Corporate-led Trade Shows/Events: Take the lead in planning and managing 2-3 major trade shows or events throughout the year. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including booth design, promotional materials, and staff coordination, to ensure successful participation and maximum ROI.
  • Advise on Marketing and Brand-Related Projects: Provide strategic guidance and consulting on marketing and brand-related projects for portfolio businesses within Clarience Technologies, as needed. Offer insights and recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive brand consistency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, Communication and/or Public Relations preferred
  • Experience with trade and business media relations
  • At least ten years in a marketing communications, brand marketing or equivalent agency role
  • Understanding and passion for transportation and any related technologies; ideal candidate will have industry experience
  • Strong ability and desire to write B2B content
