However, you may still apply if you do not have this experience.*** *Shift duties include:* * Checking in/checking out guests in a positive and welcoming manner * Answering the phone to take reservations, answer guest questions, etc. * Handling cash and credit card transactions * Handling any problems that may arise during a guest's stay - ie. billing problems, complaints about room or noise, questions, etc. * Maintaining a clean and acceptable workplace and lobby * Upholding all Choice Hotels brand standards including proper procedures, attire, and a guest oriented attitude * *Fundamentals:* * To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently.
