Clarion Management is Hiring an Accounting Administrator Near Irvine, CA
- Carries out a variety of administrative duties such as greet office guests, filing, typing, copying, scanning, mail sorting, scanning, prepare outgoing mail, obtaining invoices, submitting invoices, researching invoice billing statements, emailing, and completing office supply orders
- Prompt and professional response and follow through on billing inquiries and emails
- Manages Yardi Vendor Compliance Dashboard, interact with vendors, site teams and accounting department to ensure all vendors are in compliance at all times
- Manages Yardi Payscan Dashboard, to ensure timely processing of vendor payments
- Manages accounts receivable including daily deposit preparation through Yardi CheckScan as well as direct banking portal as needed, posting deposits accurately to Yardi accounting software
- Support needs of the accounting team and assist during financial review, 1099s, lender requests, reconciliations, research and data entry
- Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Intermediate Yardi Voyager skills preferred
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to efficiently manage time and a variety of tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Strong computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience in Residential property management, Affordable housing is a plus
- Elevate, Payscan, CheckScan, Vendor Café knowledge is preferred but not required
- Expense Reports
- Internal billing
- Reconcile and balance accounts as needed
- Invoice exception queue, and troubleshooting
- Vendor compliance and communication
- Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
