Clarios is Hiring an Engineering Technician (3rd Shift) Near Kernersville, NC
How You Will Do It
- PLC Programming and Maintaining Fanuc & Denso Robotic Cells.
- Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing automation systems.
- Perform monthly safety and 5S audits following plant based criteria.
- Maintain automated quality testing equipment.
- Setup and make adjustments on Cognex and Keyence vision systems.
- Maintain automated assembly equipment.
- Training of other technicians
- Responsible for challenge and testing of all automated assembly equipment
- A minimum of 4 years of automation experience; Robotic training preferred
- Associate Defree in Engineering, Automation or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field preferred
- Direct experience with Allen Bradley or Siemens PLCs and Vision Systems
- A strong background in maintenance is highly preferred
- Overtime is required as needed
