This role is crucial in helping Clarios make strategic financial decisions and improve their financial health.
How you will do it:
- Collect data from various sources, including market data and internal company departments.
- Analyzes financial information to identify relevant insights
- Creates reports for leadership, summarizing findings and trends
- Completes financial modeling using a variety of techniques
- Uses data visualization tools to present information effectively
- Executes timely and precise preparation of all financials
- Develops analysis and reporting tools to support business needs, soliciting and encouraging process, procedure, and equipment improvements from team members.
- Leads or assists in special projects as required throughout the department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or another related discipline
- 5 years of experience in financial planning, data analysis, or a related role
- Familiarity with recent accounting practices
- Experience with OneStream, Snowflake and PowerBI are preferred
- Hands-on style and willingness to perform a range of detailed work.
- The motivation, adaptability, and professional qualities to work well with individuals in multiple disciplines and across global organizations.
- Microsoft Office proficient, familiarity with Teams using video and audio technology
