How you will do it:
- Ensure optimal operation of plant equipment and systems to achieve production goals and maintain product quality.
- Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and performance post-Preventive Maintenance (PM).
- Uphold Clarios’ quality and standards, leading by example and enforcing policies.
- Conduct safe and compliant maintenance activities, adhering to industry safety norms and regulations.
- Monitor and report on maintenance progress, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Lead the maintenance team with clear direction and support, fostering a cohesive work environment.
- Drive continuous improvement through proactive business process enhancements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless system operations across the plant.
- Perform regular performance evaluations and manage discipline for direct reports when needed.
Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in CMMS solutions like Maximo 7.6, SAP Maintenance & Prisma.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with a track record of motivating team members.
