We are a professional software services company looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and improving our business processes, identifying and implementing best practices, and ensuring that our delivery team is operating efficiently and effectively. The Business Operations Specialist will work closely with the go-to-market and consulting teams, as well as other key stakeholders to ensure that our business operations are optimized for success.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and provide general governance over our customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and oversee change management.
Conduct regular data analysis, monitoring, and reporting to provide insights into our sales pipeline from a weighted/unweighted and qualified/unqualified perspective and identify improvement opportunities.
Utilize our CRM system to conduct data analysis on lead generation, lead management follow-ups, transformation rates, and time to close info, while providing monitoring and reporting on them.
Partner with our Finance team to ensure reporting from our CRM correctly correlates to the data they provide.
Collaborate with marketing on conference and event planning to ensure our sales team is equipped with the necessary marketing materials to support their efforts.
Work with the internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure that all business operations processes are documented, communicated, and enforced across the organization.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.
4 years of experience in business operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Hubspot CRM and sales automation tools.
Experience with data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Sheets/Excel, and Power BI.
Proven ability to think strategically and proactively optimize sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders, including VP & Executive level leaders.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
