Clarity Recruiting is Hiring a Customer Service Rep Near New York, NY
Our client is a nonprofit seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have exceptional attention to detail and a true people person. This is an ASAP start ongoing, 3 months min.
Must report to Middletown or Bronx for the 1st day and then fully remote after that point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of new customers into our system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Answering incoming calls and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner.
- Responding to customer inquiries and questions promptly.
- Mailing packets of forms and information to customers as needed.
- Supporting the enrollment department with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency is a must).
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service under pressure.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
$18/hr - $25/hr
