The Talent Acquisitionteam is looking to add an Associate Program Manager to our Talent Acquisition Operations team. This role is an individual contributor that will be key to the operational success of many of the Talent Acquisition (TA)objectives and support functions across all segments around the globe.
This role will support critical initiatives across various programs and will assist with driving success with the Career Site,Extended Workforce Program, Global Mobility Programand help enhance processes and workflows across all platforms and locations in which Clarivate operates.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Program/Project Management experience

What will you be doing in this role?
Support the Phenom People platform- candidate relationship management (CRM), career site, marketing campaigns/ads for job postings, candidate communication templates and usage reports
Support theExtended Workforce Program (contingent workers)
Assist with the Global Mobility Relocation Program
Provide HR colleague support through the Workday system
Document processes and workflow enhancements across all TA systems and tools
About the Team
You will be a part of the Talent Acquisition team, with 45 team members spread across the globe. In this role you will be collaborating closely with all of HR and cross functional teams and will be reporting to the Lead Program Manager.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in the CST time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a hybrid position working in the Kansas City office 2-3 days a week.
