We are currently looking for Superintendents for key projects in Southeast Michigan. Working directly with a Project Manager, a Clark Superintendent leads the daily construction activities of all trade contractors. Responsible for safety, quality, timely delivery, and prompt close out, the ideal candidate will have a superior command of the construction process in operating hospitals, a proven track record of successful and on-time completion of such projects, and solid planning, scheduling and communication skills.
With a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on various project, the candidate will establish a rapport in the field to ensure continuous and safety focused progress toward project goals. We look for practical, and thoughtful problem solvers, who work well with trade contractors and keep them engaged in the project quality, schedule, and budget. OSHA 30 certification is a must.
