This role requires a valid P&C license.

Associate Account Executive

• Support the senior account executive and team leader to service business.
• Review, research, compile relative data, invoice, policy check, etc.
• Identify exposures on the accounts and communicate coverage recommendations.
• Review losses, organize loss summaries, determine loss trends, and make recommendations for loss control.
• Collaborate to coordinate the delivery of services between clients, carriers and loss control departments;
• Communicate effectively and in a timely manner to AE, team lead and cross functional teams.
• Efficiently invoice all renewals and policy change requests
• Process all cancellations including updating policy billing screen and invoicing.
• Process all renewals/change requests/cancellations as needed.
• Enter all appropriate activities in the system in conjunction with processing.
• Ability to put together submissions.
• Help maintaining expiration reports.
• Proficiency in accessing all company systems/websites to obtain all necessary information in the processing procedures.
• Follow and adhere to all company protocols.
• Ad hoc reporting

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience with retail broker
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid P&C license
• Understand, analyze, and research different lines of insurance.
• Multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of EPIC preferred
• Proficient in Excel
