Responsibilities:

• Manage company-wide financial operations, ensuring precise financial records, implementing controls, and providing strategic direction to achieve financial growth
• Oversee the financial close process, delivering accurate and timely results in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, including supporting schedules and disclosures
• Manage the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including executive management, investors, and lenders
• Lead the functions of Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements, including income, property, sales, and payroll taxes
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly bank reporting, offering insights on variances
• Support the cash flow process by ensuring timely input of inflows and outflows for accurate modeling.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• CPA license required
• 10 years relevant experience
• Prior experience working within the CPGs industry
