My client is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager . This role will be part of the Operations team and will collaborate with all departments to support vendor relationships.
Chosen candidate will play a critical role within their growing team and is responsible for sourcing our capital expenditures category, driving cost savings, improving terms and conditions, and optimizing operational support.

Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement processes, guidelines and policies and embed across all HQ departments.
- Create the procurement strategy.
- Understand and incorporate category trends both internally and externally.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors.
- Identify risks across supply base and work with functional teams to mitigate
- Implement systems needed to support the overall procurement strategy.
- Build and shape a best-in-class practices for the future.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 5-10 years of procurement experience in roles across multiple categories
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
- Beverage or CPG industry preferred.
