Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 5 years of experience for its Corporate practice in its Birmingham, Chicago, Detroit or Pittsburgh office. Responsibilities for this role include drafting organizational documents, bylaws, operating agreements and related documents; and assisting with corporate transactions such as closing preparations, resolutions, diligence and more. Strong candidates will have experience with corporate organizational and maintenance filings, including interactions with Secretaries of State and service companies. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of federal and state securities law and other regulatory filings. Some experience with commercial real estate transactions would be a plus. Candidates should possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, and superior written and oral communication skills. Qualified candidates must be able to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate is required.
The salary range at the time of posting is $80,000 - $135,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
