The Sanctuary Dispensary

We are looking for reliable and professional Deliver Driver/Dispatcher to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to our customers in a timely and secure manner. Your primary duties will include driving your vehicle, verifying customer orders and ensuring all deliveries are handled with the highest level of professionalism. As a Delivery Dispatcher, you will be the central point of communication between our delivery drivers and customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and accurate delivery of cannabis products while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment that puts the customer or patient experience at the forefront
• Maintain complete knowledge of all delivery driver operations, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain working relationships and provide assistance as requested to managers, supervisors and employees on an ongoing basis
• Verify that each delivery order matches the customer or patient’s order form/slip and ensure that products are scanned and manifested correctly
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Obey traffic laws and follow established traffic and transportation procedures

• Be the voice of The Sanctuary Dispensaries and professionally represent our core values
• Communicate with customers using the Company’s designated platforms
• Keep any relevant logs up to date and compliant with local and state regulations
• Helps support other facility employees by performing other tasks as delegated by MOD
• Inform management of reoccurring issues with vendors, equipment, or platform software
• Transfer returned/rejected product back to the Dispensary
• Always maintain strict confidentiality of customer/patient information
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by management
