ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.

Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.

Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.

Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.

On CallMust be able to participate in after hours on call rotation.

Assists in protecting the property and lives by patrolling the area; monitoring entrance of property through surveillance; identifying visitors and asking for appropriate documents; guarding against theft and maintaining security; responding to alarms and calls of distress.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

Minimum EducationCertifications: Handle with Care - within 90 days of hire
