This position goals is to identify new opportunities within the construction industry as it pertains specifically to commercial food service projects. Our primary customer base is direct contract sales with General Contractors, Owner/Operators and Consultants. We primarily work in the institutional markets such as Healthcare, Higher Education, Senior Living and Independent/Hospitality customers. The Sales Preconstruction Manager is responsible for navigating, managing and coordinating multiple projects at once while collaborating internally and with our customers on their project needs throughout the design/bidding phase.
Responsibilities include:
* Assist sales team in setting and achieving yearly company goals
* Researching potential new customers
* Build relationships with new customers through clear and timely communication
* Coordinate with our Marketing team on content of sales presentations to prepare for new opportunities as they arise
* Work with all sales and account management teams to ensure customer concerns and goals are contiguous throughout their connection with us
* Pull and prepare data and reports for customers
* Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to be able to provide solutions and suggestions to customers

* Must have excellent time management skills

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
* Prior experience in the construction industry is beneficial
* Food Service experience is not required
