This dual role partners with both the Global and Regional Leadership teams across a complex matrix organisation to shape and implement both the HR and Learning & Development strategy to support the business objectives, driving a culture of inclusion, high performance and employee engagement.
Provide coaching, mentoring and support to the Global and Regional HR community and our Senior Business leaders to ensure alignment with both the Business and Global HR strategy and People initiatives.
What we need from you
You have extensive experience in a senior HR leadership role , preferrably within a global or complex matrix organization within retail or consumer goods industries. With your strong commercial acumen in a business partner role and ability to coach, mentor and influence senior business leaders, you are able to use your strong collaborative, leadership, and management skills to impact culture and effectiveness of the organization. With your extensive L&D experience, you are also able to provide the strategic direction for the function globally and drive initiatives to support the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
