Description
We're growing and looking to hire Manager, Global Order Management who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.
In this role you will be expected to drive the commercial governance of deal bookings, help manage the contract lifecycle process, and lead the monthly and quarterly close processes with our finance and legal teams globally. The ideal candidate will be located on the East Coast (US) and report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities
As a Manager, Global Order Management, Your impact will be:
Commercial Governance:
  • Manage and enforce commercial governance on all bookings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for booking processes
Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the contract lifecycle process from order to closure
  • Ensure all deal-related documents are accurately processed, tracked, and updated in the appropriate system(s)
  • Work closely with legal to review and finalize contract terms and conditions
  • Identify areas for improvement to drive further efficiency in the current processes
Deal Booking Processing:
  • Process all bookings accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure all necessary documentation is completed and approved
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and related documentation in the appropriate system(s)
Monthly and Quarterly Close Process:
  • Lead the monthly and quarterly close processes in collaboration with deal desk, finance, and legal teams
  • Prepare and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all booking-related financial data is reconciled and reported correctly
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Liaise with deal desk, finance, and legal teams to address any issues or discrepancies related to bookings and contracts commercial terms
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of bookings and contract management
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth operations
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this role?
  • Prior experience in a global order management or commercial governance role within a sales or operations organization (minimum 4-6 years)
  • Extensive experience in contract lifecycle management and booking processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Commercial acumen with a strong understanding of booking and contract management processes

Expected base salary of this role is $85,000.00-$100,000.00. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
