About your Role:
As a Residential Administrator you will work to ensure the proper planning, management, and evaluation of all services such as 24-Hour Services (Developmental Disability and Addiction and Mental Health). Providing supervision and oversight to all programs, overseeing the coordination of services, and ensuring the quality of care. You will assist with the supervision of Program Administrators, Program Managers, and Certified Support Providers. Overseeing the development of individuals’ plans and support documents, coordinates service, monitors progress, and assists with maintaining client records. Working with program Administrators/Managers and teams to coordinate supports, and conducts and/or coordinates training, quality assurance, and technical assistance activities for Certified Support Providers, managers, and administrative staff.
