Qualifications:

• 3 months OTR or Regional experience in the last 36 months
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 in the last 12 months
• Maximum of 4 incidents in the last 3 years
• No history of failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests
• Maximum of 2 DOT Recordable Preventable accidents in the last 3 years, no accidents involving U-Turns in a CMV in the last 24 months, and no fatalities in the last 5 years
• For major moving violations (15 , following too close, reckless/careless), maximum one in the last 12 months
