Part-Time Chinese Instructor

**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Chinese instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in a related field, coupled with extensive tutoring and teaching experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and guide students in developing their Chinese language skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct engaging and interactive Chinese language lessons

- Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.

- Evaluate student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.

- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic growth.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure alignment and collaboration.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Education, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of tutoring and teaching experience, preferably with elementary to high school students.

- Candidate must be proficient in both Chinese and English for this position.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Schedule:**

- Part-time position with flexible hours.

- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate student schedules.
