Job Description: Overview The Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for Front Desk duties and supporting company executives. You will be communicating with employees, vendors, and our clients on a daily basis. You will be greeting guests, completing data entry, making purchases for the company, sorting mail, and assisting our staff. Responsibilities Provide Administrative support to Executive Leadership Team Watch cameras and greet visitors to our building and provide them with a good first impression of Classic Aire Care Order office & kitchen supplies Set Job Applicants up with applications. Complete filing Deliver packages and mail to correct department Stock kitchens with supplies. Bring building issues to the attention of Management. Maintain postage meter Field requests for Lien Waivers, COI’s, and W-9’s. Respond to customer communication through email and/or chat. Manage the invoice email account and ensure all paper invoices are mailed out to clients. Assist with PMA’s as needed Provide overflow support to Call Center on high-volume days Ensure payment is collected as per installation contract. Assist with Event Planning Work on special projects as needed.
