Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Phone Support Specialist
Job Description: Classic Cleanouts, Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves answering phones, performing light administrative tasks, and assisting with basic marketing activities. The ideal candidate is upbeat, easy to talk to on the phone, and enjoys experimenting with marketing and social media.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Perform light administrative tasks, including data entry and managing schedules
Assist with basic marketing activities, such as reaching out to potential clients using provided templates
Help manage and post on social media platforms
Handle email correspondence and follow up with clients as needed
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace
Contact clients regarding overdue invoices
Highly organized with effective project prioritization and time management skills
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Friendly, upbeat, and easy to talk to
Comfortable with basic data entry and administrative tasks
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Interest in marketing and social media
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
