We are seeking an experienced LPN with home health experience to provide care to patients residing in The Villages at an Assisted Living Facility. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule. We are particularly interested in someone who possesses critical thinking skills, a compassionate attitude towards patients and staff, and works well within a team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for our patients.

Additionally, familiarity with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR system is preferred. If you fit this description, we want to hear from you.
