Position Summary

Classic Window Coverings is searching for a Gallery/Office Admin personel who will assist in the overall operations of the business and store personnel to ensure business profitability and provide excellent quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Office Admin

• Creating a positive team environment
• Assist with day-to-day operations
• Assist and support operations to ensure profitability
• Maintain office equipment
• Troubleshoot customer/vendor issues
• Filing/Scanning
• Invoicing

Sales, Marketing and Service Support

• Oversee general maintaining of showroom gallery
• Answer phones
• Oversee repairs
• Data input-customer files-updated
• Support Sales team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
