CHMC-Employee Relations Specialist-Full Time-Day Shift-7 : 30a-4p varies-Req 7456
Will assist in counseling and investigating employee relation matters while adhering to policies and collective bargaining contracts.
Will assist with completing exit interviews and obtaining data to help improve the retention of current and future employees.
Assists managers and supervisors in understanding and implementing company policies related to performance, disciplines, and related topics.
Must be willing to travel.
Qualifications : Associates degree in Human Resources, business administration or a related field. At least 2 years experience in a similar employee relation role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A thorough understanding of human resources and labor relations laws.
Excellent time management and multi-tasking required. Ability to work independently.
HR experience required. Employee relations experience in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future.
