Clay Consulting is Hiring a Microsoft Power Platform Project Manager Near Houston, TX

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Microsoft Power Platform Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerApps solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements and translate them into efficient and user-friendly applications. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating PowerApps with other Microsoft and third-party software systems to create seamless workflows.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Designing, developing, and deploying custom PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements.

· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

· Configuring data connections and integrating PowerApps with other Microsoft and third-party applications such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Power BI.

· Implementing security and compliance measures to protect sensitive data within PowerApps.

· Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for PowerApps users.

· Conducting training sessions and creating documentation to educate users on PowerApps functionality and best practices.

· Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Power Platform updates, features, and best practices.

· Assisting in evaluating new technologies and tools to enhance PowerApps development and integration capabilities.

· Other duties assigned by management

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Automate (formerly Flow) and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
  • Experience with data modeling, form design, and user interface development.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps Developer) are a plus.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Proven experience in developing and deploying Microsoft PowerApps solutions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing or bending.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
