PrimaryEssential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support to employees experiencing technical issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Respond to support requests via phone, email, remote control and in-person interactions.
- Document and track support requests using our ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate more complex issues to higher-level support staff if necessary.
- Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software.
- Assist with the onboarding process of new users (to include Active Directory user management).
- Support network and security related efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/IS or Computer Science (2 years of work experience are acceptable in lieu of a degree).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating System.
- Broad understanding of Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of computer hardware.
- Familiarity with networking.
- An ability to research and problem-solving.
- Outstanding oral communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to life 50lbs.
- CompTIA A , Network or Security .
- Familiarity with Active Directory.
