Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an ERP Software Specialist who will primarily be working in our Ponderosa Software System. The ERP Software Specialist will work closely with the sales and operations team to become familiar with our processes and implement software solutions to help create a more efficient workflow.
ERP Software Specialist responsibilities include:
- Monitor system performance.
- Maintain inventory stock pricing.
- Update items on the web portal.
- Train employees on new systems.
- Work with our IT Company on any IT issues.
- Assist in year-end inventory.
Job Skills and Requirements
- Experience of working with ERP Software preferred.
- Creative and Innovative
- Resourceful and ability to problem-solve.
- Ability to work with many employees with varying degrees of computer knowledge.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- 1 years’ experience in software.
