Requirements for the Role:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management
- 0-5 years experience in commercial/industrial construction management, on projects of 10 million, ideally with design/build experience.
- Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman is a plus.
- Ability to effectively supervise construction employees and to accomplish work within budget and schedule.
- A solid understanding of the company's Safety First philosophy and practice.
- Very strong work ethic with the willingness to travel and/or relocate.
- Must be able to lift large objects that weigh at least 60 lbs.
- Ability to walk unlevel terrain and job sites several times a day, scale scaffolding and temporary stairs measuring many stories in height.
- Our clients and projects are nationwide so travel will be required
- In this role you will assist senior field operations team members in managing construction projects
- You will be expected to provide guidance and leadership
