Clayton Corporation is Hiring a Clayton Homes Special Projects - WCR Region Near Maryville, TN
The Special Projects Coordinator is a vital position and contributor to the WCR region and the company overall. This position reports to the Regional Vice President of the WCR region. This position is to help our retail team source, vet, and acquire land for development and sale and to monitor and track construction of new homes on land and meet MLS requirements. To accomplish this, the Special Projects Coordinator will fulfill the responsibilities below. Responsibilities
Work with Home Centers to acquire land for Move-in-Ready Homes
Educate the WCR Home Centers and HCMs on the Land Acquisition process
Build relationships with Realtors, Landowners, and Investors to source properties
Submit land spec log and working properties to RVP and the Zone Land Director weekly
List properties on MLS as needed
Work with Home Centers to develop, list, market, and complete Move-in-Ready homes
Responsible for building construction proformas and submitting to RVP and ZLD for approval
Responsible for tracking construction, home costs, construction options, listings, days on market, list price, and sold price of each asset.
Report results of tracking to RVP and the ZLD. Direct line to RVP and dotted line to ZLD
