Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00-$25.00/hour

Accounting Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Assist with financial report writing and analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and monitor budgets
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent analytical skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Accounting software proficiency
- Previous experience in an accounting-related role or bookkeeping role is required
- Previous experience working in the logistics industry is a plus
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Experience using QuickBooks and Xero is highly preferred
