Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Visits
Location: Cape Coral and Surrounding Areas
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a full-time basis. As an integral member of our Home Health team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes, utilizing all available resources to manage their medical needs effectively. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will advocate for patients, communicate with primary physicians and clinical managers, and contribute to maximizing patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compassionate nursing care to home health patients.
- Utilize available resources to manage patients' medical needs efficiently.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes.
- Advocate for patients' needs and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with primary physicians, clinical managers, and other team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Florida
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
