The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for overall store operation and is focused on carrying out our mission of providing the best experience possible for our customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Grow the customer base, driving sales and increasing profitability for the site
  • Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment for our customers
  • Hire and train support staff
  • Manage daily operations, deliver consistent high-quality services and promote Clean Finish within our community
  • Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to customers
  • Maintain wash equipment

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A track record of successful outcomes and a willingness to take ownership
  • Experience with labor management and staff scheduling
  • Experience with multi-site retail management
  • Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
  • A desire to learn mechanical and electrical skill sets
  • Goal-oriented outlook and personality
  • A high level of initiative, attention to detail
  • Availability to work long hours, including weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • The ability to efficiently multitask
  • Ability to set and achieve goals
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work in outside environment

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
