Accounting Clerk
We are looking for a part-time Accounting Assistant to work approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. This will be a hybrid position; requiring partial “in office” work in our Naples office. The ideal candidate will have Bookkeeping experience and be proficient in QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable collections
- Accounts Payable data entry
- Receive weekly payments in QBO
- Assist with day-to-day accounting functions
- Assist with audits and tax preparation, as needed
