**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a passionate leader to join us as a Shift Lead at Clean Juice Cascade, a local organic juice bar that offers fresh and healthy drinks and food. We are looking for someone who can deliver an exceptional guest experience, work constantly to uphold Clean Juice’s 10 core values, and provide a positive guest experience by resolving complaints.

Responsibilities

-Being the store’s most capable Juiceristas.
- Supervise daily operations of the shift, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.

-Training, directing, and assisting employees and for the overall operation of the store.

-Efficiently open and close the business. You are empowered to make decisions and answer all guests’ questions.

-Hold the team accountable to maintain Clean Juice’s standards and procedures.
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Utilize POS systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Maintain a positive customer service experience and address any issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Serve Safe license a plus.
- POS system experience

-Cash Handling and Balancing cash drawer experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Previous experience in kitchen and restaurant management.
- Ability to handle inventory control and food preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
