It will be your pioneering responsibility as a Landscape Construction Foreman to create environments that let people rediscover the joy of being outside.
Your knowledge of installing plants and hardscapes will come in very handy as you mentor and guide this small team, encouraging their advancement in the industry.

Compensation :
$60,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Start-to-finish installation of landscapes involving hardscaping, planting, and LV lighting, ensuring design specifications and quality standards.
- Lead from the middle : Empower team members through relationally focused delegation and mentorship.
- Provide insightful input to improve estimating and production.
- Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and sustain best practices.
- Bring outdoor designs to life with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle on-site customer concerns / questions; talk to and intentionally understand customers' requests.
- Foster strong client relationships by exceeding expectations and addressing concerns promptly.
- Harness the power of the JOBBER app for seamless project management and communication.
- Keep projects on track and within deadlines through proactive coordination.
Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in landscape & hardscape design build.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams in a landscaping or similar environment.
- Experience operating relevant construction equipment such as truck & trailer, skid steer, and mini excavator.
- Relevant certifications in hardscape installation (preferred).
- Plant knowledge (preferred).
- LV lighting & Irrigation knowledge (preferred).
- CDL (preferred).
