About Us: Clean is a fast-growing local cleaning company specializing in a variety of cleaning services, including residential and commercial cleaning, basic window washing, recurring cleanings, post-construction cleanups, and more. We are looking to hire full-time and part-time house cleaners. We pride ourselves on delivering fast, efficient, and quality work with excellent customer service on every job. We are looking for five-star cleaning subcontractors to join our team in Austin, Texas.

Summary: We are seeking self-motivated, reliable, and hardworking cleaning subcontractors. We value quality cleaners and treat them as part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, window cleaning, exterior wipe-downs of kitchen cabinets, countertops, and appliances, and cleaning bathroom showers and toilets.
• Ensure all designated areas are cleaned to a high standard, leaving a lasting shine upon completion.
• Fold blankets, towels, and clothing left around the home.
• Maintain a productive work environment, keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Communicate clearly with customers and our team about job status, expected completion times, and any schedule changes.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Liability insurance
• Ability to pass a background check
• Own equipment and transportation

Preferred:

• 2 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Strong cleaning skills and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented.

• Clean does NOT provide supplies or insurance; however, we handle all advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing, letting you focus on just your work. This is a 1099 contractor role where you'll be expected to work independently.

• 4-hour shifts

• Weekend availability

Experience:
