Job Overview
Seeking cleaner to fill position ASAP for following schedule
Mondays: 11am- 2pm (2people) 11am-5pm (1 person)
Tuesdays: 9am-12:30
Wednesdays: 9am- 12:30
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment effectively, ensuring they are used safely and stored properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to requests and addressing concerns promptly.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus.
