CleanPro Services LLC is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Port Saint Lucie, FL

Now seeking Administrative Assistant . Overall requirement is 90% administrative work and 10% design skills required. Bilingual a plus but not required.

Administrative Manager Job Responsibilities:

10% design skills required. this is very important. Canva experience is a plus.

Maintains administrative staff
Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and reports to Owner/ CEO
Answers calls, organizes meetings and book keeping.
Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.

Data Entry Clerk Qualifications / Skills:

Maintains database by entering new and updated client and account information.
