We are looking to immediately hire for sales positions at our new location in Uptown Dallas Texas location. This is a new office and we are looking to grow and expand our operation very quickly and seeking highly motivated and self driven sales professions to our team who want to make 100K a year with us. We offer a base pay with a very lucrative commission structure along with health benefits and 401K plans. 10 days of paid time off each year, including 6 major holidays. Overtime and weekends is welcomed.

The job entails making inbound and outbound calls with NO COLD CALLING as our marketing is driving clients to you daily. Your role is to assess clients and help them with a solution to help them become debt free, managing leads properly by correctly disposition them and leaving detailed notes, while being compliant with TSR rules and regulations in our industry. Must be good with written, oral, and verbal communication, great follow up skills, handling objections, and great customer service skills.

We have a $15/h base with uncapped commissions as high producing sales agents can make upwards of 10K a month for helping people with their financial burdens. Located in a great area in Uptown Dallas Texas, we are looking to expand our operations here quickly and want only the most ambitious and hungry sales people out there.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Have experience in financial services, specifically in the debt relief field

2. Great people skills and ability to communicate with clients very well

3. Able to work effectively in a high pace and growing company

4. Ambitious and self driven to be successful

5. Well organized and detailed note takers

6. Highly competitive and have at least 2 years of sales experience in being a top converter and producer

This is an in office position. Dedicated training will be provided for the role to help you be the best in the industry.
