We are currently hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and assist with our expansion efforts in the San Rafael area. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and fostering positive customer relationships. Responsibilities to expect as a Marketing Assistant:
Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with our client's potential customers
Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing relevant information with other Marketing Assistants and development teams
Continuously learn about marketing trends, competitive landscape, and product enhancements to remain knowledgeable and effective in marketing discussions
Participate in lead generation, and customer outreach activities to gain practical sales and marketing experience
Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service
Comfortable using a computer or iPad
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus
This position will involve in-person collaboration with various departments within our organization and we are looking for candidates who can reliably commute to and from our office in San Rafael, CA.
