Controls Project Manager

Role
The Controls Project Manager will report directly to the Controls Operations Manager and is essential for the successful delivery, profitability, and continuous improvement of the controls department. The role involves managing active projects efficiently to enhance project profitability and ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting Sales:
Pre-sales activities such as tender reviews, quote generation, and relationship building.
Project Planning:
Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for projects.
Approve and review project contracts and purchase orders.
Conduct effective Hand Over Meetings to communicate targets across the team.
Program works and assign tasks and deadlines with Engineering Teams.
Project Coordination:
Liaise with other teams within Airedale to ensure successful project delivery.
Update customers on project progress and deliverables.
Deliver project-related documentation including RFIs, Tech Subs, Des Ops, Points Lists, O&M's, etc.
Approve Engineering teams' work before site deployment.
Manage sub-contractors at all levels.
Oversee material procurement for timely site activities commencement.
Guide and lead onsite personnel.
Financial Management:
Manage project finances including Profit & Loss and site variations.
Raise purchase orders (POs).
Process applications for payments along with partial PO invoices.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
Customer Relations:Build and maintain customer relationships.
Drive innovation and best practices within the department.
Maintain repeat business and seek new opportunities.
Required Education & Qualifications:
Proven understanding of Airedale ACIS system.
Proven understanding of cooling systems.
Proven understanding of Building Automation.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and IT fluency.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
In-depth industry knowledge and technology expertise.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations.
Attention to detail.
Excellent time management and organization.
Positive, can-do attitude.
